Every so often we take a break from the daily struggles of being Americans, don our lederhosen, feathered caps and other stereotypes to enjoy a grand German tradition: drinking a lot in October.
Officially, Oktoberfest is the celebration of Crown Prince Ludwig’s marriage to Princess Therese of Saxony-Hildburghausen in October 1810.
We’re not familiar with any of those people, but if they instituted Oktoberfest they’re national heroes as far as we’re concerned. So eat, drink, and be merry at Black Tooth Brewing Company in the northern part to the state – Sheridan, WY!
